Refunds/Exchanges
At Valley of Jewels, we want you to love your purchase and shop with confidence.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was received.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Valley of Jewels reserves the right to deny exchange or store credit requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
